Balance in 2015

When thinking about changes you'd like to make for 2015 think about how to find better balance.


No matter what we are dealing with, how we deal with it can make all the difference. So often, we try to do everything on our plate at once, be everything to too many people and make too many commitments. Remember how important it is to take care of ourselves. Self-care sounds luxurious and indulgent to some, but in fact, it is what makes us effectively productive in our own lives as well as availble to help others. Finding balance in our thoughts, actions, goals and routines may be what makes 2015 the best year yet.
